If you have properly emailed about a problem or concern and you have NOT RECEIVED A REPLY from a store rep within 72 hours, Please email the details to HELP@THEJACKRUSSELLSTORE.COM with the EXACT text "HELP ORDER #..." in the subject field. See Example: HELP ORDER #12345
